1) Bailey’s Strawberry Colada
First up, it’s the Bailey’s Strawberry Colada.
This combines Bailey’s Strawberry & Cream with white rum, canned coconut milk and strawberry syrup. It’s then topped off with a dash of whipped cream, strawberries and frosting.
For that extra special treat – be sure to buy the Baileys Strawberry & Cream Truffles for the side too.
This one really is the most delicious Valentine’s cocktail, that tastes as good as dessert, and looks as good as it tastes!
2) Cotton Candy Spritz
First, decorate your glass. I love these ribbed coupe glasses as they work for martinis, champagne, cocktails – the lot. Yet look so classy & feminine.
Then, add in the cotton candy, pink / red edible glitter and rose sparkling wine / champagne.
And that’s literally it – you’re completely done in three simple steps!
It’s one of the easiest Valentine’s cocktails, that focuses on the little details more than anything else. But it’s super sweet and fun to make. 🫶
3) Bubbly Rose Rosé
Like the idea of the cotton candy spritz but looking for something a little less sweet? Then we love this Rose Rosé drink.
It’s delicate, classy, and definitely has the “wow factor”, whilst still being simple to make.
BONUS: Strawberry Heart Garnish
If you liked our last Valentine’s cocktail with the clever strawberry roses, then check out how to make a strawberry heart.
Part of the fun of Valentine’s cocktails is decorating so get creative with it…
Make your cocktails on your next Valentine’s date night, then RATE THEM based on appearance, taste and creativity. It’s super fun & flirty!
4) Cupid’s Kiss
Not a fan of the champagne fizz? Then how about a Cupid’s Kiss?!
This looks very similar to the last one, but is instead made with rosé vodka and elderflower liquor – then topped up with lemonade or soda water (whatever you prefer.)
It’s a stronger alternative, but can be made as sweet as you want or need.
These look perfect in the TRENDING Heart-Shaped Martini Glasses (topped with the most delicate gold edge!) They’re ones you’ll want to use again and again… 😍
5) Dragonfruit Dream
Want to get a little more creative with your Valentine’s cocktails this year? Then get inspired by this Dragonfruit Dream!
This combines vodka (or tequila – whichever you prefer) with cointreau, dragonfruit syrup, lemon juice and a few extra touches.
It’s strong, fiery and fun. Speaking of which…
6) Pop My Cherry
The Pop My Cherry Valentine’s cocktail is one of the most playful we’ve featured yet!
Start by coating the glass in sugar syrup and sticking popping candy to the edge of it. You then want to mix fresh lime juice, grenadine, cherry vodka and top up with a mixer of your choice. (We recommend lemonade.)
Dress with a cherry, and you’re all set, ready to pair this with some flirty questions this Valentine’s Day!

7) Raspberry Crush
Love the fruity flavours in Valentine’s cocktails?! Then we can’t forget about Raspberry Crush.
Start by crushing raspberries in with lime juice and a touch of agave. One that is sufficiently mixed, add in raspberry liqueur, tequila and shake together with ice.
You’ll need a cocktail shaker set for this one, but it’s well worth it, and still not too heavy on different ingredients.
Once you’ve sufficiently shaken it – strain the cocktail and add a raspberry on top, and you’ve got yourself, a Raspberry Crush!
8) Raspberry Love Potion
On that note – if you like raspberries then you’ll love this raspberry Love Potion.
This raspberry cocktail is made with vodka, Chambord (raspberry liqueur), and ginger beer. You can also add dry ice to make it even more “potion like”.
It’s actually surprisingly easy to do, but makes it ever-so theatrical!
9) Blackberry Bubbly
Talking of easy Valentine’s cocktails, we have to now throw in the Blackberry Bubbly.
This combines – you guessed it – bubbly with blackberries!
It’s super fast and easy to make – making it perfect for those mid-week dates when you’re short on time.
That’s right, cocktail making really can be a surprisingly “do-able” stay at home Valentine’s Day idea.
10) Love Heart Martini
Got a bit of a sweet tooth? Then you have to give this love heart martini a go on Valentine’s Day.
Simply stock up on some Swizzels Mini Love Hearts and stick these around the edge of your glass.
Then add – vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, heavy cream and strawberry syrup. Shake, strain and you’re all set, ready to go!
This is one of my favourite Valentine’s cocktails as it’s cute to read the little love notes on the hearts themselves.
Use these as conversation starters, paired with these fun & flirty Valentine’s Day questions, and you’ll make your Valentine’s date night even more entertaining and memorable.
